Insulation Piercing Connector are made in china for aluminium and /or copper main and branch conductors . The bulk of material for insulation piercing connector is hard, corrosion resistant aluminium alloy with a tensile strength of 300 N/mm².The teeth of advanced insulation piercing connector are either of pure aluminium or tin-plated aluminium. The shape of the teeth prevents the water from entering into conductor this protecting the conductor against corrosion.

c. Small electric connecting resistance, connecting resistance less than 2.5 times of the resistance of branch conductor with the same length . in accordance with the standard DL/T765.1-2001;
d. Special insulated case body, resistance to illumination and environmental aging, the insulation strength can up to 12kV.

Torque nuts&bolts: Nut in hot dip galvanized steel, the bolts with 8.8grade or more higher.
Seal compound: 6KV/min underwater test qualified.
Piercing blades: Tin plated,copper/brass/aluminum available. Good electrical conductivity and effective oxidation prevention.
Cable end cap: Quality guarantee 3 years warranty after assembly.
