CAPG-A1 Bimetallic PG Connector are mainly used for are designed to connect aluminium conductors and copper conductors. Advanced forging technology enhances the mechanical strength of the clamp. These connectors are composed of two parts, an upper body and lower body. They have two parallel grooves to receive the conductors. Used for tapping or joining AAC, AAAC or ACSR overhead conductor. Standard for aluminum-to-copper connections

Bimetallic PG Connector can be used as a jumper spacer and in that case they are connected by a steel bar.It is also possible to connect two conductors of different sizes by using

reduction tubes. If conductors made of different materials are to be connected this can be done by using bimetallic tubes.

Slotted Holes Allow Adjustment For Varying Conductors On Each Side. High Strength Bolts, And Tapped Threads In The Clamp Base Allow Tightening To High Torques With A Single Spanner. Forged Design Allows Gripping Grooves To Be Forged Into The Conductor Clamp Area, For Greater Conductivity And Pull Strength.  Pressure pad is applied to achieve uniform pressure along the clamp.
